CA VIMAL KUMAR SAINI
FCA, CS, MBA (FINANCE),
MBA (INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS), B.COM (H)
He is the founder and managing partner of
VSPG & Associates, Chartered Accountants
(VSPG). He has extensive experience of over
15 years, and he is a fellow member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He advises global Companies on India
market strategy, cross border transactions,
compliances with RBI and FEMA, Company
Law and other allied laws. He has vast
experience in field of Indian statutory law,
Audit and Assurance, Valuations,
International transaction advisory, Legal
opinions, Formulation of policies and SOP,
FIPB approval etc.
He leads the Regulatory & Transaction
Advisory and Risk Advisory practice at
VSPG and his core competencies are
Internal Audit, Management Audit, Process
Audit, SOX compliances etc. He is actively
involved in various assignments related to
right issue and private placements. Besides
this, he also has rich knowledge of Real
Estate (Regulation and Development) Act
2016 and Foreign Exchange Management
Act. He is expert in setting up of business
organization in India including registration &
licensing requirements under various laws.
CA PRADEEP GUPTA
FCA, DISA, MBA (FINANCE) B.COM (H)
He is the founder and managing partner of
VSPG & Associates, Chartered Accountants
(VSPG), He has extensive experience of over
10 years, and he is a fellow member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
His area of specialized expertise is litigation
in the field of Direct Taxation.
He has vast experience in representing the
matter before the Income tax authorities,
Appellate authorities and assisting the
Senior Counsels in representing the matters
before the High Court and Supreme Court.
He assisted various multi-national group in
formulating their transfer pricing strategy in
India, vetting their intra group agreements
and policies with taxation prospective, in
maintaining the robust documentation to
demonstrate the adherence of Arms’ length
principle.
He leads the Direct taxation practice at
VSPG and also manages Expatriate taxation,
Cross border taxation, Tax audits and
Transfer pricing audits. His experience of
various sectors allows him to proactively
reach timely decisions and helps in training,
recruitment and other quality initiatives
forthe firm and profession.
CA NAINA GUPTA
FCA, B.COM (H),
CERTIFIED GST PROFESSIONAL (ICAI)
She is the managing partner of VSPG &
Associates, Chartered Accountants (VSPG),
She has extensive experience of over 9
years, and she is a fellow member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
She is also a certified GST professional from
ICAI.
She possesses vast experience in the field
of Goods & Service Tax, Income Tax and
Labour laws and actively involved in
litigations and other matters related to
indirect taxes. She has rich experience in
representing the client before tax authority.
She leads the Indirect taxation practice at
VSPG.
Her experience of various sectors allows her
to proactively reach timely decisions and
helps in training, recruitment and other
quality initiatives for the firm and
profession. Her ability to understand the
business environment couples with his
sound financial and accounting background
has enabled him to specialize in the fields of
Payroll Solutions as well.
CA POOJA SHARMA
ACA, B.COM (H)
She is the managing partner of VSPG &
Associates, Chartered Accountants
(VSPG). She is a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India. She has
extensive experience of over 7 years in
Internal audit and Risk advisory.
She has played crucial roles in various core
teams engaged in forming business
processes, conducted process reviews, risk
based internal audit engagements, risk
advisory etc.
She leads the Internal Audit practice at
VSPG . She has specialisation in Real estate
sector, Energy sector and NBFC’s. She also
had experience in developing financial
models with detailed revenue and cost
drivers.
